Kairos is an early-stage company based in Bengaluru, India. We are building an AI health coach that plans nutrition and movement around the day you are actually having. At the moment, Kairos consists of this website, kairosfitt.com, and a waitlist for early access. The Kairos app is not yet available.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website and the waitlist. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

When the Kairos app launches, it will come with updated terms that describe the app, what it collects and how it works. We will ask you to read and accept those before you use it. Nothing in these terms grants access to the app or describes its features in a binding way.

Kairos is designed to be fully automated. When the app is available, its recommendations will be generated by software, including artificial intelligence, without review by a doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional. We say this plainly so that you never mistake a Kairos recommendation for professional advice.

Kairos is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Any information on this website, and any recommendation the app may give in future, is general wellness information only.

You should always speak to a doctor before changing your diet, exercise or supplement routine, and especially if you are pregnant or nursing, managing a medical condition, taking prescribed medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Do not delay or ignore medical care because of anything you read or receive from Kairos. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you give us is accurate and yours to give.

We may decline or remove a waitlist entry that appears to be fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms.

Joining the waitlist means giving us your email address so we can tell you when early access opens and share occasional updates about Kairos. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link in any message, or by writing to us.

A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, a launch date, a price, or any particular feature. Early access may be offered in stages, to some people before others, and may be withdrawn or changed without notice. Anything we share during early access may be incomplete, may change, and may be discontinued.

We will not sell your email address or add you to lists that are not about Kairos. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Use the website lawfully and considerately. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its infrastructure, submit false or automated waitlist entries, scrape its content, or use it to build a competing product or dataset.

Do not upload or send us anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to share.

The Kairos name, logo, wordmark, website design, copy, photography, video and code are owned by Kairos or used under licence. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse its content or brand assets without our written permission.

You keep ownership of anything you send us, such as a message or an email. By sending it, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, such as replying to you or improving Kairos.

The website links to our accounts on Instagram and LinkedIn, and the Speak to us button opens your own email software. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The website itself is hosted and delivered by third-party providers, described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by those providers, though we will do our best to keep the site available.

Kairos is being built in the open. The website, its content and the shape of the product will change, sometimes significantly, as we learn. We may add, alter or remove anything on the website at any time.

We may also update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, if the change is material, tell waitlist members by email. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The website and the waitlist are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Kairos is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you make about your health, diet, exercise or wellbeing on the basis of anything on this website or received from Kairos. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You are responsible for deciding whether Kairos is appropriate for you, given your own health, circumstances and the advice of your doctor.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

If something has gone wrong, please tell us first. We will try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith before either of us considers formal steps.
